My stress level smoothed away as this family business understood this Mother's concerns of safety and personal budget factors. In fact, I went solely for new tires but left happily knowing that the brakes and alignment were also taken care of; I must mention it was a relief that the Manager didn't pressure me to purchase four new tires along with additional services. Therefore, I was able to make a sound judgement once he informed that out of four tires _ two were in excellent shape. The fact he cared enough to obtain information from the technician, plus visually demonstrate and explain the condition of the brakes with possible future damages along with a true sense of feeling no pressure by him or Jessica, allowed me to make a clear decision with a true reasonable given quote along with the allotted option to same day technician's service. This location although family owned has more than two technician's on site and room for more than three vehicles in need of service. I was able to drive away feeling safe for my daughter and grandson since we share this one vehicle. This is location was found surfing various websites for Honda services in WPB County, to my surprise the physical location is perfect distance for our future repairs. Yet the sincere fact that Jessica demonstrated patience and was honest of her level of knowledge to a possible new customer who had lots of Q&A's over several phone calls_ touching areas such as tire comparisons, pricing, deals or possible of other services, not excluding research but the fact timely returned calls with feedbacks took place sold me to drive and make my way up from Hollywood/Broward County.
