They put on “new” rear brakes and rotors in April for over $600…I had to go to the dealership in August and pay to have them replaced again!

I apologize that you were having issues with your brakes, this is the first I am hearing of this issue. We have a 24 Month/24,000 mile warranty that extends nationwide to any of the 50 states on any and all services that we do. We replaced your Rear brakes and rotors in April 2023, they should have been covered under warranty if you were having any issues, please reach out and let me know if there is anything that we can do to satisfy this issue. My first time using this company. Excellent experience start to finish. Took my Genesis there for an alignment. Tried them because of the reviews. As a women it's always a little nerve wracking to go to an auto mechanic. Justin was awesome there and ready to serve early. My car was ready in two hours and glides on the turnpike. Justin the owner is very nice. I took the vehicle in for a lot of service and the vehicle was ready for me when I got off of work. I am very happy with the service I got, I now have a new shop where I will be taking our other vehicle.
