I took my 2015 Silverado in for tire balancing issues. I had been to two previous dealers and the issues were only getting worse! The experienced, knowledgeable and professional staff, indicated they would take specific interest in the situation and in rapid order eliminated all the shimmy and wobble in all four tires. They improved the tire / rim position to the point where instead of needing 8 ounces of counter balance on each wheel, down to 2-3 ounces per wheel! It took a little more time on their behalf, but that is what professionals do! They stay with it until the condition(s) are resolved! The ride is now 100% better, smoother, and safer handling! I will be back! They so impressed me!
