GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had to get an emergency tow from triple A and they brought me here. Was a great experience overall Justin was Friendly and Fair on price. We had to leave on vacation the next morning so Justin waited for me to get off of work so i could pick up the car before leaving town. The car is running better then ever. Thank you!

I had a strange situation that let me see both of their facilities. The have a shop in Marathon Florida also. My wife and I were traveling on a day trip to the Florida Keys when I got a flat tire a few miles from their Marathon shop. Well I limped into the shop on a few pounds of air in the tire and was met with some great customer service from what I later found out was the owner. I was treated with great customer service and a hand shake from every person I met in the shop. They really made me and my wife feel welcome. After inspecting my flat tire at no charge, I was told they did not have the tire I needed. I was told they could make a repair to the tire I had that would get me back to my home safely. The owner told me he was going back to the shop in west palm beach that night and would meet me in the morning and take care of getting me the right tires for my car. We made it back home safe and sound that night as he had said we would. The next morning I got up and drove to his shop here in west palm and was met by him and his son working behind the counter. Again I was greeted by a hand shake from them both and a promise that everything was taken care of. Less than 30 minutes later I was out the door with my car running as it should be and no questions about the safety of the tires on the car. This is a family owned business for over 30 years. Just take a minute to talk to the owner or his son and you will see the pride they take in their shop and the work they do. Before yesterday, I did not know they existed, but now I know and will be back for many years to come. They took the time to make me feel welcome in their place of business. I did not feel rushed or taken advantage of by up sales. The thing that sticks in my head the most is that every person there, took the time to shake your hand and say hello while looking you in the eyes. Even though they were having a busy Saturday morning.

It was great to find a trust worthy, family oriented, auto shop. From the first greeting to a brief story on how the shop was pass down from father to son, Justin impresses. He was courteous, very well versed in his field and has excellent people and communication skills. I look forward to have our family cars looked after by Military Brake and Alignment.
