I've known Bruce and his family for years. They run a honest shop and have comparable rates to other shops in the area, he checks their rates with repairpal or something and shows you.

My vehicle broke down the street and I walked to the business, the guys at the shop pushed my car from down the street to shop and saved me a tow bill. They had me back on the road in no time. I will be forever grateful!!

I've been there many times before & have never had any major problems. So when my car broke down. They were the first people I thought of to fix the issue. I had my car towed there & was ambushed in paying a fee just to look at the car. I wanted the car fixed so I agreed. I was given a quote for parts & labor. Which was 25% higher than everyone else & was being over charged for the parts? But again I wanted my car fixed & I felt by this point I had no choice. Finally, when I went to pick up the car I was ambushed yet again by some $100 part that they said need to be replaced, but the dealer said there should have been no need if they used a OEM part. Which I was told they did. I'm going to chalk this up as a life lesson & never go back again.
