I bring my Lexus here whenever I need any kind of service (oil change, battery, tires, etc.) because I always receive great service at a fair price. Just had a battery replaced for no charge (and no hassle) that was still under warranty. It's nice to have a company service your car that is honest and trustworthy and doesn't try to upsell you on extra services you may not even need!

I had an appointment, but they were very busy with other vehicles ahead of me, what they did for me was just generous, I was able to get my vehicle taken care of and on my way

Was out of town, truck was in bad shape had to get an emergency fix. I was referred to them by a tire shop they took my truck same day had it fixed within hours and prices were uncomparable. Thank you

I had an electrical issue with my Volvo and didn't trust the dealer...Trail Auto did their best to try and fix the problem, which even meant purchasing parts from the dealer. Unfortunately they couldn't fix my issue and didn't charge me an arm & a leg for all the time/labor they had into the service aspect of my problem. That kind of honesty you don't find very often in the auto repair industry. I will refer them to friends and family as a trusted place of business for auto repairs.
