Excellent service. There was a part issue that delayed repair a day. The delay was not the fault of Military Brake as the delivered gasket was not correct. My car was delivered to my office as I had a very bust day before driving to Miami. Thanks to Jason and the entire team.

We had just driven little over 1400 miles from Green Bay, Wi. and developed a terrible noise & shimmy in the new front tires we had just installed. It felt like the wheel was gonna fall off. We got off turnpike and googled repair places and military brake popped up. We called and spoke with Justin, who was very helpful and said he would check it out if we could get there. It was 3:30 pm and Justin reassured us he could help us. We made it there and Justin took it for a quick ride and said it sounded like we were going to lose a wheel. They tightend and retorqued all 4 tires and were done in 15 minutes and we were ready to hit the road. They refused to even charge us. If there were more people like the Jacob family, the world would be a much better place. Their knowledge of automotive care excells over the many other repair shops we have dealt with over the last 40+ years. Thank you for being the best. Tom & Cathy from Green Bay.

4.9/5.0 Stars for a reason... (The people/person who didn't give 5 stars is some special kind of Karen). I brought my car in with a plethora of issues. I'm not that mechanically savvy. They were honest and transparent from the start. I was given an accurate estimate on what problems definitely existed and was made aware of other potential problems that could pop up. I wouldn't know the difference either way. Turned out that there were no other issues and I avoided spending any more than I had too. I had brakes, rotors, spark plugs, broken radiator and an oil leak to deal with. All these problems were resolved in less than a full business day. Thats efficiency I am not used to dealing with when it comes to a mechanic. I received multiple phone calls with updates on their process throughout the day. Zero anxiety. Never had time to worry about if I should call and check in. I am always looking to support small businesses. I know that if you are in need of mechanical work you can breathe easy leaving your keys in their possession. Top Notch gentlemen. Thank you
