I googled automotive repair and several came up but I only read one which was Military Brake and Alignment. I was convinced this was the ideal place to brink my vehicle due to the numerous happy customers who came into the business for services. Justin Jacobs was very receptive to my issues with my vehicle.and rendered the type of service I honestly haven’t seen in a while. The care and concern shown by Justin and his staff was beyond reproach!

My customer experience was outstanding. Military Brake and Alignment Complete Car Care came to my rescue. I was in need of a battery jump and stranded at a gas station just around the corner from their location. Kind people notified them of my dilemma. A mechanic walked over with the portable equipment to jump start my car. I then drove it around the corner to the shop. I was greeted by the owner, Justin. I left my car with them to do the necessary repair work. Justin provided transportation for me to get to work and back. They identified the problems and repaired them and guided me through the process with the utmost respect and professionalism. I am new in town and I was very worried about taking my BMW to get fixed. I did not want to be over charged or treated with disrespect because I was a woman in a new town.
