I never write reviews but Justin and their team get out of their way to make their customers happy. They usually pick me up and drop me off when our cars get fixed. It didn’t work out once and they dropped off the car at the front door! Awesome service, hard to find these days.

The diagnosis agreed with my suspicions which were costly but several hundred dollars then three other quotes I received. The replacement of the front struts required an alignment which was done correctly the first time, unlike other routine alignments which required one and two returns to the repair shop. The work was done at the time promised and for the price estimated.

I had used a co worker to replace my wheel bearings. Which he did, however when he replaced the right front he bent the sensor which now did not work so ABS and Engine light remained on. The following week he replaced the left front, and in doing so, did not connect the break line properly. Going home down I-95 that evening I lost my breaks going 65 miles an hour. luckily, I was able to get to the breakdown without incident. The vehicle was towed to Military Break & Alignment at 6:30pm. Justin called me in the morning and told me what he had found and why the break line leaked.(negligence on installation of wheel bearing) He was very thorough and very fair with his costs. Took care of everything necessary to repair the break line and secure it properly. Also added the new sensor which had been damaged. I will use Justin again should I need anything additional done to my vehicle and highly recommend.

I had taken my vehicle to the dealership twice previously to deal with a specific noise in the front suspension. In both cases they inconvenienced me by keeping the vehicle overnight, charged me for a diagnostic and repair... but did not resolve the problem. Out of frustration I decided to try Military Brake & Alignment, as it is located about 5 minutes from my home. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and they graciously offered to give me a ride to work. Within 2 hours I got a phone call that they had located the problem and it was fully resolved. They only charged me for a 1 hour diagnostic and when I picked up the vehicle I was able to confirm that the problem was gone. I would highly recommend Military Brake & Alignment. It is an honest, family-owned and operated business that provides high quality service and cares about its customers.

Justin and his team are very professional. I did not have an appointment but he was still willing to take a look at the issue. His team was able to fix the undercarriage of my car within 10 minutes. Appreciate the quick turnaround guys! Keep up the great work.
