Second time that I go for service and have not been let down. Will continue to go for my repairs

After spending more than $1600, it would have been nice to have my car washed before returning it.

They provide a complete review of my cars condition. They provided a good, low cost solution to my problem. They also identified some maintenance issues to be addressed, which were not the reason for my visit. I think that all of their additional suggestion were reasonable. The sell was not high pressure, but it was somewhat an up-sell.

Bruce has been in the business for a long time now. He has perfected a nice operation. He is very clear that he wants long term business and wants to 'get to know' his customer. As I was a first time customer he was curious where I was from, what I was doing in Florida, etc. His guys did a reliable and trustworthy diagnostic. What they said needed to be done was what I expected needed to be done. My only criticism is at this point Bruce really wanted to seal the deal. The car was hoisted, the wheels were off, and he was ready to get down to work. This was a little irritating because he glossed over prices, expected a quick signature for the work, and generally seemed impatient. As a young customer who hasn't spent much time in an auto repair shop I felt a little bit rushed. These type of beginner moments are when I like to learn and that takes time. Really, I just wished things had moved a little slower (yes, at the expense of timeliness and efficiency). However, in general, the experience was good. I recommend potential customers to prepare in advance. Read about your vehicle, ask inquiring questions about labor prices, ask inquiring questions about parts, even ask for your old parts, and ask what type of warranty or guarantee they offer. And after you are prepared, check out this good shop and put them to the test yourself.

I recently brought my fiance and I's 2003 Saturn Vue 2.2L to Bruce and his staff in 'limp mode', and in desperate need of some TLC. Within 24 hours, I was returned a vehicle that felt safe, stable and performed BETTER than when we bought it 6 years ago! My fiance and I are ever-grateful to Military Brake and Alignment's expert staff for providing quality, expeditious service to a one vehicle household! I most assuredly WILL be a repeat customer.
