Finally! After 2 years living in Florida, I have found a shop that I can depend on. I was not pressured into buying unecessary repairs (unlike my previous experiences at other shops). I left with my new brakes and did not feel like I had to 'alert' to every bump, noise or smell. They even went on-line to my car's manufacturer to assure me that a service other shops tried to convince me I MUST have immediately, were unnecessary. Thank you.

These guys go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. They are always more than willing to drive me to work after I drop my car off at their garage. They even dropped my car off at my business because I was unable to pick it up before they closed. I would recommend them to anybody looking for an honest mechanic.

I wrote a review earlier today saying I was unhappy with the price of allignment. I take that back now, because I am now happy: Bruce, the owner called me and explained that because mine is a Mercedes Benz, the cost is higher as it takes more time to set up and complete. To undo the fact that I was not content with the allignment pric, he offered me a large credit, applicable when I next change my oil. Bruce and the company go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, they care! I like that and will definately use them again.

I like the fact that I never feel "rushed" to get work done on my car. I am always shown respect even when I can't afford to do everything on my car and I truly do appreciate that.

The vehicle runs noticably better. I'm going to check to see if the tune-up improves the mileage. I'll be back in a month or so for additional work that needs to be performed. Unlike the dealership, I trust you.
