Mr.Jacobs was very friendly and professional. Mr.Jacobs explained the necessary solutions to repair my vehicle as well the cost and service related with my visit. The cost of repairs( over 600.00) was more than I planned to spend. Mr.Jacobs provided several solutions and options to consider. The total cost of repairs were over 1100.00, however, Mr.Jacobs repaired the safety issues associated with my vehicle.

These guys gave me a ride to work and even drove me to run an errand 1st. They really go above and beyond for customer service. I just moved down from Tampa so I have been looking for a good mechanic....Military Brake sounds good to me ;)

Everything was done on a timely and careful manner. Very thoughtful. HOWEVER, noticed later that the allignment was much too expensive, as compared to competitors in the nearby area. I therefore am left with a bad taste, as I should not have been charged such an exteme amount for the allignment. I do not think I will go again to them, because of the price.
