I receive a phone call and then the options are discussed on what repairs are required. Bruce and his staff are honest and professional. His prices are always reasonable and fair. Bruce and His son and Jeff are always warm kind and understanding. As a single mother in the neighborhood with my own business, I need all the help I can get. I feel safe and valued when I deal with this family run business . I suggest everyone try their door to door shuttle so you don't have to wait all day in their waiting area as you do at every other auto repair business. They are a blessing to the local community .

They provide a complete review of my cars condition. They provided a good, low cost solution to my problem. They also identified some maintenance issues to be addressed, which were not the reason for my visit. I think that all of their additional suggestion were reasonable. The sell was not high pressure, but it was somewhat an up-sell.
